Customer Retention Solutions (CRS) was created by a Team of professional automotive coaches and trainers focused on creating retention packages for their customers. Bringing not only State of the ART Coaching and Training to their clients but also bringing easy to use retention marketing tools to the table is their mission and primary goal.
CRS was designed, developed and built with this simple goal in mind, "make it easy, and they will come". So, we sat down and decided that "retention" was what our clients wanted, and as the first step towards that retention of our client's customers we are bringing the Loyalty cards to market. Sure there are a couple other company's out there doing similar cards, but not with the attention to detail and the ultimate customer experience in mind. And this is just the beginning!
